Please take time to read our terms and conditions as you are deemed to have understood and accepted these as part of placing your order.
Online Shop
Delivery & Availability
As we are a busy little business we hope you understand that even if items are stock it may take up to 7-10 working days to dispatch your order. Standard postage and packaging charges for all orders within mainland UK is as follows: up to 1kg - £3.95, 1-3kg - £5.95, over 3kg - £8.50. For items outside mainland UK please call for ordering and shipping costs.
All items are subject to availability and we will inform you as soon as possible if the items you have ordered are not in stock. You may then choose to cancel for a full refund.
If you require an item urgently, please contact us and we will see what we can do to help.
It is the customers responsibility to check the condition of the packaging, and if possible the goods, before releasing a delivery driver with your signature where requested. In the unlikely event of damage having occurred during transit, please contact us immediately. We will replace or refund goods that have been notified to us within 48 hours, and regret that after this period items are no longer insured and returns for damage cannot be accepted.
Payment & Security
Payment can be made by cheque (made payable to Pink Fizz Designs) or by credit card (via Paypal). You do not need a Paypal account to make a payment, you just need a credit or debit card, and follow their instructions. If you wish to make a payment by bank transfer, please contact us for our bank details.
All credit card transactions are processed at Paypal where information is encrypted via a secure server, and no personal credit card details are held by Pink Fizz Designs.
If you place an order you are agreeing to accept all terms and conditions detailed on the website. You are required by law to provide the following details when entering into a contract to purchase products from this website:
- Your full name, email address, phone number, payment details and any other necessary order information.
- Be over 18 years of age.
- Provide a valid delivery address in the UK. (Hotels / PO Box numbers / Accommodation addresses are not acceptable).
- Possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank that is acceptable to us.
Returns & Refunds
We hope you are happy with your order however sometimes you may wish to return an item. We are happy to offer you a refund or exchange on condition that items are returned to us within 7 days, unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. We regret that postage, packing and any merchant service charges incurred in the delivery of the goods to you cannot be refunded.
You are responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost, and will remain responsible until the item reaches us. Please wrap items securely, as we are unable to offer refunds on items broken or lost during return transit. We recommend obtaining a proof of postage certificate when returning any part of your order. These are available free of charge from the Post Office.
Please note, all Personalised / Handmade to Order / Bespoke stationery is personalised to your individual requirements, therefore returns are not accepted on these items, and refunds or exchange can only be given where products are found to be faulty.
Copyright
All copyright, design right and other intellectual property rights in any design or product (and in the images, text and design of the website) are and will remain the property of Pink Fizz Designs. It is illegal for visitors to this website to attempt to reproduce any item, in any way, for their own use, or resale. Action will be taken upon any infringement of these rights.
Personalised / Made to Order / Bespoke Stationery Items
Ordering Personalised / Made to Order / Bespoke Stationery Items
A 50% deposit is required and is non-refundable when you place your stationery order, or for small orders or single items full payment may be requested before production proceeds. If you pay a deposit, your final invoice will be raised shortly before the order is completed and ready for despatch, and must be settled before your order leaves the studio or approximately 2-3 weeks prior to your wedding day, unless otherwise agreed. Please make cheques payable to Pink Fizz Designs.
To offer Bespoke Stationery products we source and purchase materials according to your individual requirements to produce your order, therefore production of your stationery can take approx 4-6 weeks unless otherwise agreed, with other items such as Seating Plans produced nearer the time of the event. You should send details of text to be printed inside Order of Service / Ceremony booklets, Menus 6 weeks prior to your event, and guests' names for Place Cards / Seating Plans a minimum of 4 weeks.
Your invoice will reflect the items you have chosen and any individual design specifications. Minor adjustments to final numbers may be made towards the end of your stationery order when preparing your final Invoice.
We reserve the right to recalculate unit costs should large changes to your order affect raw materials bought specifically for your bespoke stationery order.
Postage & Packaging
Delivery charges are determined by size and weight, variations will occur and costs will be added to your final invoice, unless otherwise notified on your invoice. Orders sent recorded delivery will require a signature on receipt; please ensure that there is someone to receive the stationery at the designated address. Once dispatched, Pink Fizz Designs accepts no responsibility for loss or damage.
Refunds & Returns
All Personalised / Handmade to Order / Bespoke stationery is personalised to your individual requirements, therefore returns are not accepted on these items, and refunds or exchange can only be given where products are found to be faulty.
Cancellations
In the event of cancellation, all work carried out that exceeds the 50% deposit must be paid for in full.
Copyright for Hymns and Prayers
Copyright exists to protect creative works such as hymns and prayers for up to 70 years after the death of the writer. During that period it is illegal to reproduce works without permission from the copyright holder or the appointed agent. We recommend you ask your vicar or priest about the copyright status of hymns or prayers you wish to be included in your Order of Service as it is the client's responsibility to obtain copyright permission for the use of hymns or other material used in the Order of Service. Should you wish Pink Fizz to reproduce the text of a hymn in your Order of Service that is protected by copyright we will need proof that you have gained permission. Some publishing houses charge a small fee for this service. If you need help contacting the appropriate publishing house to request permission, please let us know and we will see if we can help.
Proofs
Proof reading is down to you the client. Pink Fizz Designs will not be held responsible for any typing errors or grammatical errors noticed after the proofs have been approved and signed. Any amendments required must be marked on the proof and signed for. Any amendments made after signed approval and/or printing will incur an extra charge.

Handmade Stationery Characteristics
One of the unique characteristics of handmade stationery is the natural variations and beauty that occur in the materials used. We cannot guarantee colour matching throughout orders, and cannot be responsible for the effects of ageing that may occur on any of the materials used. All items are individually designed and handcrafted therefore slight variations will occur within designs – this is the beauty of your stationery.
Disclaimer
Pink Fizz Designs reserves the right to change prices of products without prior notice to you, except where prices on live orders have already been stated and agreed.
Pink Fizz Designs reserves the right to refuse offers to purchase by you at any time. Common reasons for refusal are payment failures, errors in prices and/or product descriptions posted on the website, unavailability of products.
By placing your order, you agree that Pink Fizz Designs’ total liability, under any legal theory or claim, shall be limited to that of the price actually paid to Pink Fizz Designs for the product.
Items produced by Pink Fizz Designs are not suitable for children due to the nature of packaging and small parts.
